Returns & Exchange


Exchange

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on all returns and exchanges. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned via DHL in one mailing.

Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in order to reserve the article in the size required. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Austria, for instance, we can only accept an exchange from Austria. Each exchange requires a return form correctly filled out. This return form comes with your package.

Exchange shipments

All exchange shipments are made via the service used for original delivery (DHL ), using the consignment note and/or label enclosed with the parcel. All documents that may be helpful for you when returning goods are enclosed with your parcel.

Customs duties, import sales taxes and DHL handling charges will not be refunded if the goods are returned.

Returns Policy

Please be aware that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

In terms of returns that were purchased by gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.

Please note that we can only accept return shipments from the country of destination. For example, if your delivery was made to Austria, any returns must be shipped from Austria as well. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
